Eli started his career as an AI Implementation Consultant at New York Life, a Fortune 100 company, before he had a diploma in his hand. He is AI-native in the truest sense: he came up alongside this technology and has never known professional life without it.

At NYL, he built internal systems that changed how the organization operated and took first place in the company's AI Innovation Pitch Challenge. What that experience taught him: most organizations aren't short on AI ambition. They're short on people who can translate it into something real.
